About the role: 

We are looking for a Support Engineer who can provide technical expertise to our partner organization.  This role will engage closely with cross-functional teams to develop the partner ecosystem.  You will be responsible for evangelizing, positioning, and designing highly technical machine learning products and services. You will also play a critical role in showcasing the value of our offerings to partners and clients.

Responsibilities:  

• Be the product expert to answer business and technical questions and provide technical competitive differentiation.
• Assist in the analysis, design and development of technology solutions.
• Build relationships with the account team, partners and customers.
• Qualify sales opportunities in the terms of technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of support engineering experience
• Proven experience within technology companies, especially cloud environments such as AWS and GCP
• Be capable of thriving in a startup environment where not everything is set in stone
• Strong relationship building skills with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with C-Suite internally and externally to solidify/expand current partnerships and maximize the potential in new opportunities

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $91,350 and $169,650. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
