募集職種:プロジェクトリード(デジタルマーケティング・データ領域)
Monks Tokyoでは、クライアントのデジタル変革を推進するプロジェクトリードを募集しています。単なる「プロジェクト管理」にとどまらず、戦略立案、データ活用、関係構築まで幅広く担うポジションです。
デジタルマーケティング、メディア、クラウド、データサイエンスなど多岐にわたる領域で、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、成果創出に向けた戦略を形にしていきます。
主な業務内容
- クライアントのビジネス目標やデータ活用状況を把握し、KPIや戦略ロードマップを策定
- 複数チームにまたがるプロジェクト計画の立案・管理
- 社内スペシャリスト(メディア、データ、エンジニアなど)やクライアントとの円滑な連携
- データドリブンな施策の実行と、成果の可視化・改善提案
- スケジュール、予算、成果物の管理と最適化
- QBR(四半期レビュー)や資料作成などを通じた、プロジェクトの報告と提案
- 契約管理、請求処理、ドキュメント整備などの運営業務
- チームメンバーの育成や社内プロジェクトへの参画(Ops、採用、L&Dなど)
- クライアントとの信頼関係を築き、継続的な成長機会を発掘
応募要件
- デジタルエージェンシー、ブランド、テック企業、コンサルなどでの5年以上の実務経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験(マルチステークホルダー管理の経験がある方歓迎)
- Web・アプリの解析(GA、Firebaseなど)に関する知見と活用経験
- Google Marketing Platform、Meta、Amazonなど主要広告プラットフォームの経験・理解
- データやテクノロジーをビジネス価値に変換できる戦略思考
- 日本語・英語ともに高いコミュニケーションスキル
- 変化を楽しみ、成長を自ら引き寄せるマインドセット

The Opportunity: Project Lead (Digital Marketing & Data)
We’re looking for a Project Lead to join our Tokyo team and help drive data-led digital transformation for our clients. This role sits at the heart of strategic delivery — managing campaigns, optimizing processes, and aligning stakeholders toward business impact.
This isn’t just a “project manager” role. You’ll be a true partner to clients, helping them define marketing goals, shape analytics roadmaps, and leverage the best of Monks’ capabilities across media, data, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define KPIs and develop strategic roadmaps that align with client business goals
- Build and lead detailed project plans across multiple workstreams and teams
- Ensure seamless communication across internal experts and client stakeholders
- Drive results with a data-first mindset and strong process management
- Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines while identifying risks and optimizations
- Lead QBRs, develop presentation materials, and keep momentum strong across all phases
- Support internal operations and documentation, from billing to reporting
- Contribute to internal growth via team mentoring, training, and cross-functional projects
- Spot and develop opportunities to grow client relationships beyond current scope
What You Bring
- 5+ years in digital marketing, consulting, or agency roles (with a focus on media, data, or tech)
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA, Firebase) and media platforms like GMP, Meta, Amazon
- Ability to synthesize data and communicate insights in a business-friendly way
- Strategic thinking — not just executing tasks, but understanding the “why” behind them
- Excellent communication in both Japanese and English
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow alongside a high-performing global team
