Staff, Product Manager - Performance Marketing Gen AI

Position Summary...

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join support our Performance Marketing team. This role focuses on leveraging generative AI to optimize marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Management), CRM, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generative AI and a passion for problem-solving.

What you'll do...

• Generative AI Optimization: Work with Product and Engineering teams to best utilize Gen AI to enhance our performance marketing strategies.
• Channel Marketing Vehicles: Utilize various marketing vehicles such as SEO, SEM, and social media to position content effectively based on customer behaviors and search patterns.
• Roadmap Interface: Collaborate directly with channel product managers to establish roadmaps and identify generative capabilities. Enable and oversee the implementation of these capabilities within the roadmap.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with technology and business stakeholders, including product managers and engineering support, to activate marketing channels.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate their needs effectively.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
