We are seeking a dynamic Staff IT Product Manager for the Fintech team focusing on the Record To Report (RTR) and Procure To Pay (PTP) processes. The successful candidate will lead the design, enhancement, and support of accounting systems that power our General Ledger (GL), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), including credit card process, Tax, and Treasury operations. You will report to the VP of Fintech and work closely with our leadership and business partners. You will be a part of the CIO's organization.
The impact you will have:
- You will develop a strong understanding of our ERP platform and other SaaS tools supporting the core business processes
- You will build strong relationships with our internal team and business partners
- You will meet with our business partners and stakeholders to define and improve project scope, success criteria
- You will drive and own the Product Roadmap for IT products in R2R and P2P processes
- You will apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps
- You will add value to the delivery team by working with the business and product owners to create clarity around business objectives through the development of and refinement of user stories
- You will act as the primary point of contact for Finance teams including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A.
- You will support compliance and audit requirements through appropriate controls and documentation.
- You will lead full lifecycle of product delivery: discovery, requirement documentation, prioritization, testing, deployment, and support.
- You will ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and reports.
What we look for:
- 8+ years of experience in the financial domain, with at least 5 years in product management, financial systems, or finance transformation roles.
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Define and own the product roadmap for accounting systems covering GL, P2P, AP, AR, Tax, and Treasury.
- Translate evolving business and regulatory requirements into robust product features and system capabilities.
- Deep functional knowledge of accounting processes, including GL, P2P, AP/AR, Tax, and Treasury.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and at least one other major ERP system (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Understanding of end-to-end ERP implementation and system configuration impacts.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and multi-entity/multi-currency accounting.
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
- Familiarity with bank connectivity tools, treasury platforms, and payment gateways.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation in accounting or finance workflows.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
