AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: We are looking for an adaptive IT Operations Analyst to join our team. This role involves developing dashboards and other visual representations of metrics, supporting financial functions within the organization, providing operational guidance for multiple lines of business including desktop support/operations, video engineering, and mobility/telecom platforms as well as engaging in targeted project work to ensure ongoing support for larger initiatives. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT centric operations, service delivery, telecom/mobile device fleet operations and excellent communication abilities, particularly with C-Level executives. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Develop documentation and SOPs for lines of business within the organization. This would include: Video collaboration Desktop support/help desk Mobility platforms Telecom infrastructure Create dashboards and other tools to efficiently report out on success metrics and related KPIs. Maintain accurate inventories of service-related products for reference and review. Collaborate with teams cross functionally to ensure accurate financial tracking and forecasting is maintained. Support mobility programs and platforms with billing engagement, operational metrics, overall program development, process planning and lifecycle management. Assist in project related tasks and deliverables to drive solutions to completion. Provide feedback to senior management/C-suite on process improvements. Identify incident trends; recommend and implement to reduce volume. Provide support for finance and billing functions including forecasting for business functions. This would include: Video collaboration Desktop support/help desk Mobility platforms Telecom infrastructure Foster a team culture that promotes knowledge sharing, excellence, and collaboration. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Extensive operational focus in a fast paced, best in class, technology support function. Strong presentation skills. Experience with the following vendor and process management in these focus areas: Networking Video collaboration systems Telcom/Mobile device platforms Desktop Support/Helpdesk Familiarity with financial reporting and forecasting. Extensive experience with process management and development. Extensive experience in dashboarding and data metrology. Experience with Power BI and other data distillation tools. Proven experience in C-Level interactions. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
