Eats 데이터 인텔리전스 팀 소개

Eats 데이터 인텔리전스 팀은 비즈니스와 긴밀하게 협업하며 문제 및 기회 식별, 데이터 모델 설계, 알고리즘 개발, 신뢰할 수 있고 효과적인 시스템 구현까지 end to end 프로세스에 참여합니다.

예를 들어 실시간 최적화 알고리즘, ETA 예측 모델 등 핵심 시스템을 설계·개발하여 플랫폼 효율성을 극대화하는 역할을 진행합니다.

 

 

주요 업무

* 분석 중심 (약 70%)의 업무(모델링 포함)로 알고리즘, ML 모델 개발 및 실시간 최적화 수행

* 복잡한 시스템에서 프로덕션 모델 개발로 비즈니스 문제 해결.

• ex1) 배달 최적화 알고리즘 개발: 주문·배달원·고객 상태를 기반으로 매칭을 최적화하여 ETA 최소화 및 지연 감소.
• ex2) 음식 준비 시간 예측 모델: 머신러닝 기반으로 음식 준비 완료 예상 시간을 예측해 배달원 도착 타이밍을 최적화.
• KPI: ETA 예측 정확도 향상, 배달 지연 최소화, 알고리즘 효율성 개선

자격 요건

• 컨테이너화 도구(Docker), 오케스트레이션 도구(Kubernetes), CI/CD 실무, 클라우드 플랫폼(AWS, GCP)을 활용하여 모델을 배포하고 모니터링한 경험이 있는 분

About Eats Data Intelligence Team

The Eats Data Intelligence team works closely with business stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities, design data models, develop algorithms, and implement reliable and effective systems across the end-to-end process.

For example, we design and develop core systems such as real-time optimization algorithms and ETA prediction models to maximize platform efficiency.

 

Responsibility 

• Drive analysis-focused work (approximately 70%) combined with modeling tasks, including algorithm development, machine learning model building, and real-time optimization.
• Solve complex business problems by developing production-ready models.
• Example 1: Delivery optimization algorithm – optimize courier-order matching based on order, courier, and customer status to minimize ETA and reduce delays.
• Example 2: Food preparation time prediction model – use machine learning to predict food preparation completion time and optimize courier arrival timing.
• Define and track KPIs such as improving ETA prediction accuracy, minimizing delivery delays, and enhancing algorithm efficiency.
• Lead projects to develop analytical tools and build data-driven foundations leveraging deep domain expertise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Work on diverse projects ranging from applying cutting-edge AI technologies to simple reporting and data visualization, as well as developing complex models to better understand customer behavior and business trends.
• Deliver high-impact projects that significantly improve platform efficiency. Package models and collaborate with engineers to deploy them into production

 

Qualifications 

• Familiar with using tools for containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) to deploy and monitor models.
• Programming experience using Python/R to manipulate data, develop algorithms/models, and draw insights from large data sets. 
• Strong SQL skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Up to date with latest AI development and applications. 
• Ability to learn new techniques and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Document Return Policy

• This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
