About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Data Analyst with a passion for storytelling through data. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards that provide critical insights to business stakeholders. Your work will directly inform decisions across the company and empower teams to track performance, identify trends, and take action.
Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather data requirements and understand key business questions.

Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources (SQL databases, APIs, flat files, etc.).

Ensure data quality and consistency across visualizations and reporting assets.

Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Monitor dashboard performance and usage; iterate based on feedback.

Create and maintain documentation for dashboards and underlying data models.

Contribute to data governance, metric standardization, and source of truth definitions.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role with a strong focus on dashboard creation.

Proficient in at least one modern BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot, etc.).

Solid SQL skills; able to write complex queries for data wrangling and aggregation.

Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

Strong attention to detail and sense of design when presenting data visually.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with version control (Git), scripting languages (Python/R), or dbt is a plus.
Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Familiarity with KPI frameworks and data storytelling best practices.

Prior experience working in [industry, e.g., fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, etc.].
Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
The base pay for this position ranges from $149,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $208,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
