As a Senior Technical Sourcer at Perplexity you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support our growth objectives. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing methodologies, market insights, and candidate engagement strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for our technical roles.

Responsibilities

Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and deep web sourcing, to identify and attract passive candidates for technical positions.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles.
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networking sites, social media platforms, and industry events.
Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, email correspondence, and phone calls to build relationships and assess their interest and availability.
Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing strategies and talent acquisition initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical sourcing experience at a fast paced high growth technology company
Proven track record of success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions
Understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and software development methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

The cash compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity is part of the total compensation package.
