    As an engineer within People.AI’s Foundation team, you will build  a delightful and intuitive user experience to help People.AI grow and retain customers for life. Our goal is to make sure our customers can unlock the full potential of People.ai quickly and easily. Amongst other media, you will help build first class web applications,  embeddable experiences that work seamlessly in other partner environments, Chrome extensions, and more.

This is reflected throughout our company, but is especially true in engineering. As an engineer at People.ai, you'll be a part of a highly independent and autonomous team. You will work with a modern web stack and a wide variety of technologies and user experiences. You will closely collaborate with the Product and Design teams and your feedback and suggestions will have a high influence on the features you build.

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the team and with other engineering teams, as well as Product and Design teams to build delightful user experience, new features, products and influence the product roadmap.
  • Document design choices and operational knowledge to successfully deploy and run workflows (and any supporting services)
  • Provide appropriate test coverage, unit and integration testing, with focus on performance, readability and maintainability for your feature ownership areas.
  • Roll out the new features to production, make sure they function correctly, provide maintenance and improvements according to user feedback.
  • Follow software design and development best practices and promote such practices in the team.

    • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with modern web stack (Typescript, React, etc)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a closely related discipline
  • Experience with data analysis is a plus
