AMD together we advance_ Job Responsibilities: • Analyze program management process to generate problem statements and create innovative solutions • Design and develop tools to improve the daily operations of the organization • Effectively and frequently communicates direction and guidance in a clear and concise manner to the team to ensure transparency and consistency across the team • Proactively identify opportunities to mature the requirements management program and provide recommendations for process improvements based on lessons learned • Research, compile and analyze information to develop/revise processes, procedures, presentations, lessons learned, and requirements documentation ensuring that final outputs meet standards for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology • Apply process improvement, re-engineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects • Support data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements. Job Requirements: • 5 to 8 years of experience in program analyst, data analyst, or similar role in technology industry • Experience in developing solutions utilizing commercial tools or programming languages like JIRA, Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Advanced SharePoint Workflows. • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and varying levels of understanding of programming • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. • Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver program goals • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, initiative, superior problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and willingness to learn and adapt • Soft skills necessary to successfully leverage resources in a matrix organization • Deadline oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects #LI-SH2 #LI-Hybrid Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
