We offer horizontal services for builders and customer-facing capabilities that provides customers to address trust needs of our global customers and to ensure compliance.



Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced bar-raising Senior Product Manager (Technical) who will drive innovation in privacy, accessibility, and trust solutions for our GenAI platforms. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives between Alexa and D&S organizations, defining and executing product roadmaps for unprecedented GenAI challenges. You'll be responsible for building horizontal, builder-facing capabilities while maintaining an focus on customer experience. Collaborating with engineering, science, and product leaders across multiple organizations, you'll develop tech solutions using world-class GenAI technology. This position requires driving product strategy and execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment that demands rapid learning and adaptation.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with practical experience in large-scale systems. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of AI/GenAI challenges and opportunities, with a proven ability to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance products.
