Sr. Product Manager - Agentic AI, AMZL NA L&D Product, Science and Analytics

Job Description
We're seeking an ambitious Product Manager to transform manual business processes through AI-powered automation, including agentic AI, machine learning, and rules-based automations.
You'll work with leaders across Amazon's North American Operations business to identify manual processes suitable for AI-driven automation. You'll maintain expertise in emerging developments in agentic AI, LLMs and automation technologies to strike the right balance between human judgement and automation.
You'll also work with the science team to write detailed product requirements and user stories to create platforms that support automation that exceed human-level quality along with systems to review and govern over AI systems. You'll define success metrics, monitor performance and reliability, and analyze cost savings and productivity improvements.
You will partner with stakeholders to educate and evangelize AI capabilities, oversee change management and deployment, and support teams to build trust in automated systems across the organization. Domestic travel of up to 15% is required to connect with leaders across the logistics network.
The ideal candidate brings enterprise technology product management experience, expertise in technology-enabled learning solutions, strong data analytics capabilities, strategic thinking and execution skills, exceptional communication and influence skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Key job responsibilities
- Define, own, prioritize, and deliver against a product roadmap
- Write business requirements, create the case for prioritizing projects, work with tech teams to size and implement software, and track progress to deliver at high bar on time
- Create buy-in for the strategic vision and product roadmap across necessary teams
- Build and manage partnerships with external development partners
- Partner closely across functions, to conduct experiments and collect data to inform future direction
- Leverage data analytics and customer insights to make informed product decisions
- Up to 15% travel required
