About the Role

 We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with deep expertise in Snowflake and Sigma Computing (SIGMA) to help shape and drive the next generation of business intelligence, reporting and analytics for our Finance Transformation efforts. This is more than just a reporting role—you’ll be unlocking the full power of Snowflake’s BI and AI capabilities to deliver rich, actionable insights that drive strategic financial decisions.

You will play a critical role in enabling scalable reporting, integrating predictive analytics, and transforming raw data into powerful business narratives.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain advanced reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using Sigma on top of Snowflake, delivering data-driven insights to Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Executive teams.
   

• Leverage Snowflake’s advanced BI ecosystem to orchestrate and scale data for reporting and decision support, utilizing features like dynamic data sharing, cross-cloud access, and governed data products.
   

• Partner with analytics and data science teams to enable AI/ML-powered financial forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive insights within Snowflake, pushing reporting beyond descriptive analytics.
   

• Translate large, complex datasets into clear, compelling data stories that highlight trends, opportunities, and risks.
   

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and Governance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (SOX, GAAP).
   

• Provide advanced documentation of reporting logic, data pipelines, definitions, and visualization approaches for consistency and auditability.
   

• Act as a subject matter expert for BI optimization on Snowflake, guiding teams on best practices for query performance, cost efficiency, and data modeling.
   

• Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrating AI-driven analytics into operational and executive reporting processes.
   

• Mentor peers, drive reporting standards, and foster a data-literate, insight-driven culture across the organization.
   

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data visualization roles, with a focus on financial or operational reporting.
   

• 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Snowflake, including advanced query optimization, data modeling, and data governance.
   

• Proficiency with Sigma Computing (SIGMA) for developing interactive dashboards and reporting interfaces.
   

• Strong understanding of Snowflake’s role in modern BI ecosystems, including integration with AI/ML platforms and advanced analytical frameworks.
   

• Proven ability to translate technical analytics into executive-level data storytelling.
   

• Experience working with large, complex financial datasets and aligning reporting outputs with business goals.
   

• Proficiency with SQL, data pipelines, and other advanced data tools.
   

• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to convey technical logic and methodologies clearly.
   

• Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
