Sr. Analyst in Listing Operations
Job Description
What we offer
Working within Listing Operations team gives the opportunity contribute to the sound functioning of Nasdaq markets in Europe.
You will be joining a dynamic operational team which performs tasks related to operational listing and maintenance of a wide range of listed products (cash equity, equity derivatives, and fixed income) for Nasdaq Nordic and Baltic exchanges.

What you will do
- Operational listing of financial instruments traded on Nasdaq exchanges
- Analysis of corporate actions and execution of equity derivatives adjustments
- Trading and settlement calendar management
- Building and maintaining relations with clients, partners and internal customers
- Updating product information and configuration in the systems
- Involvement in projects, initiatives and systems’ testing
- Developing work regarding processes
We are looking for
- Education: Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Some experience in operational role
- Knowledge and experience in the area of financial markets.
- Academic degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration/Economics or similar
- Experience working with derivatives would be meriting
- Eagerness to learn new things, strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Helpful personality - being there for our clients and your teammates
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

What happens now?
This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
Monthly salary (Gross): 25,500.00-45,000.00 EUR Annual, other bonuses apply. Final offer will be based on candidates experience.
