Solutions Engineer

About the role: 

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer, with proven experience in  Machine Learning, who can explain complex technical solutions clearly, concisely and convincingly. You’ll assess customers needs and project feasibility in coordination with our sales and product teams, guiding customers to understand their options. Ultimately, you’ll ensure that customers get the right mix of software and services, and you’ll maintain a strong relationship to ensure they’re successful over the long term.

Responsibilities: 

• Be the product expert in pre-sales/partner engagements to answer business and technical questions, create & deliver proof of concept demonstrations, articulate business value propositions, and provide technical competitive differentiation
• Assist in the analysis, design and development of technology solutions
• Assess the customer’s needs and whether Stability’s technologies are capable of solving their challenges
• Help train and deploy models based on customers needs 
• Qualify sales opportunities in terms of the technical requirements, competition, decision making process

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of sales/solution/partner engineering experience covering a highly technical set of products
• Machine Learning experience is a must, especially training and deploying models
• Proven experience within technology companies, especially cloud environments such as AWS and GCP
• Strong relationship building skills with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
• Solid interest and experience to work with generative AI models such as Stable Diffusion or large language models is a big plus
• Excellent in public speaking to deliver a great presentation
• Working with a wider technical team to scope work, define it and understand next steps
• Able to pick up new technologies quickly through self-study
