The Customer Applications LoB’s (Line of Business) mission is to strengthen the relationship between Woven and customers, and to co-create with customers to enhance development collaboration, productivity and automation while ensuring quality and safety.

Arene Professional Services is a department of Customer Applications and exists to transform jobs, train organizations, customize software products, develop a customer helpdesk function, and prepare others for software implementation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in Systems Engineering and Automotive Software Development who loves working in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment. As a Solutions Architect in our organization, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting edge solutions for automotive applications and development platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring the success of our automotive software products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical architectures and design software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions

Integration: Evaluate and recommend integration strategies for automotive systems, applications and development platforms.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and best practices, to facilitate knowledge sharing and project scalability

Act as a subject matter expert across our Arene Product offerings providing expert consultation and support to clients, addressing technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3-5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, systems engineering) experience

Experience with development or implementation/consulting in the software or industries experience

Experience working in customer facing roles (solutions architect, project manager, project lead, program manager, customer success manager or similar role) in automotive, aerospace or other safety critical industry

Fluent to native level Japanese proficiency, with business level English proficiency

NICE TO HAVES

Extensive experience in the automotive industry

Understanding of Toyota’s Organization and Cultural Practices

Proven success launching products in a global market
