Winter 2026 (January - April) Internship - full-time - current student or graduated within 6 months of start date

Software Engineering, Growth & Monetization Intern

Mission: Help build and ship systems that attract, activate, and convert developers into paid customers, while improving reliability and performance across onboarding, billing, and utilization.

Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
  • Implement features for onboarding, pricing, metering, and checkout.
  • Design, run, and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests, feature flags) to drive activation, conversion, and expansion.
  • Contribute tests and automation for billing and accounting integrations to ensure accuracy and resilience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, sales, and inference teams to align engineering work to business goals.

 Ideal candidates have/are:
  • Pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field with strong coding fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience building projects and/or APIs.
  • Curiosity about developer products, pricing/billing flows, and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with some of: Go, React, Next.js; Stripe or metered billing concepts; Kubernetes/Terraform; Pub/Sub systems; Stytch; analytics (HubSpot, GA4, Looker, BigQuery).
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable instrumenting events, writing simple queries, and interpreting results. #LI-DNI
  • Bias to action and ownership: prototype, ship, measure, and iterate with attention to detail.

Compensation: The US pay range for our technical internships is $30-$50 / per hour. The pay range for our non-technical internships is $30-$40 / per hour. Compensation is determined by your location, skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks. This range is specific to roles in the United States, compensation for candidates outside the USA will be dependent on the local market.
