About the role
As a Software Engineer on the Growth Engineering team, you will help bring Character.AI to millions of new users around the globe. We’re a highly cross-functional team that owns some of Character’s most important business metrics around user growth, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities
Build new features aimed at improving user acquisition, user onboarding, and user retention.
Run and analyze A/B experiments to test the impact of new features
Participate in brainstorming experiment ideas for experiments the team should run
Job Requirements
2+ years of full stack software development experience
Experience using React is a plus
