Job Description

As a Frontend Engineer on the CTO team, you’ll boost the execution of focus and strategic projects at Wix and to provide Wix management with flexibility to initiate or expedite projects that will give significant impact to Wix. We operate as a “commando” team, taking pride in our ability to step in, make a meaningful impact and move on to the next project once our hand-over is complete. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Work on bleeding edge strategic projects, innovate, experiment, fail and succeed in short intervals, on a delivery and quality oriented team
• Create AI products across Wix
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to start new initiatives from scratch
• Collaborate with teams on projects, taking distinct areas of ownership end-to-end
• Tackle tough problems and design creative solutions to solve them

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer
• Expertise in the latest frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.) and tools (Babel, Webpack, Vite, etc.)
• Delivery oriented and ready to make things happen
• Good communication skills, with a humble approach to your teammates and peers
• Experienced working with AI tools and workflows – an advantage
