About the Role

We’re seeking a full stack engineer with a strong focus on web frontend to own and evolve the core frontend components of our advertising platform — including our Ad Manager dashboard, pixel tracking system, and web ads SDK.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building performant browser experiences at scale, who also understands the critical role of tracking, attribution, and event instrumentation in modern ad systems. Your code will run across billions of publisher pages, power business decisions, and directly influence revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Ad Manager: Build and maintain the external-facing portal that powers ad campaign setup, reporting, and optimization
  • Pixel Tracking System: Design and implement a reliable, privacy-compliant frontend tracking system that logs page views, clicks, and conversions across the web
  • Web Ads SDK: Develop and maintain a lightweight JavaScript SDK that handles auction logic, rendering, and performance monitoring on publisher sites
  • Data Collection Infrastructure: Ensure high-quality client-side instrumentation to support attribution, analytics, and retargeting
  • Privacy & Compliance: Respect GDPR/CCPA and user consent through proper tracking logic and conditional firing
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with backend, data, and product teams to ensure end-to-end tracking integrity and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a frontend engineer or in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience programming with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • 3+ years of experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile design.
  • Basic understanding of backend development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ads-related products (e.g., Prebid.js, GPT, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tag)
  • Understanding of real-time bidding, auctions, and header bidding
  • Familiarity with identity resolution, UTM/cookie handling, or postback flows
  • Contributions to analytics, instrumentation, or event-tracking frameworks

Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package:

  • Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family (100% coverage for employee)
  • Top-tier 401(K) plan with company matching
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • FSA, HSA and commuter benefits programs
  • Team activity budget
