SEO Associate

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Associate to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to break into the digital marketing space and grow their skills in SEO and front-end web development. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while contributing to real projects that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct SEO and keyword research to identify opportunities for content and site optimization
Assist in creating content briefs that align with SEO best practices
Support on-page SEO efforts including metadata, internal linking, and content structure
Contribute to off-page SEO strategies such as backlink outreach and digital PR
Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO recommendations
Assist with front-end web development tasks (basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
Monitor SEO performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush
What We’re Looking For
A strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and web development
Basic understanding of how search engines work
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and willingness to learn more
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
No prior experience required — we will train you!
Nice to Have (but not required)
Exposure to SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
Experience with Drupal or other CMS platforms
This position will be located in Atlanta, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates

The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
