Position : Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst - Instock Management

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented supply chain data analyst with a strong focus on data management to join our instock team. This role is critical in ensuring optimal inventory levels, driving data accuracy, and enabling efficient supply chain operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, merchandising, and technology teams to improve instock performance through data-driven insights and scalable processes.

What you will do?

Own and optimize instock metrics (e.g., in-stock rate, fill rate, lost buy box) through data analysis and root cause identification.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and dashboards to monitor inventory health and performance.
Partner with tech and analytics teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, and enhance forecasting models.
Lead initiatives to cleanse, enrich, and standardize product and inventory data across systems.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies impacting inventory availability and customer experience.
Support promotional and seasonal planning through data-driven instock strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, replenishment algorithms, and vendor performance metrics.
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, actionable reports

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or data analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
Experience in retail, e-commerce.
Familiarity with forecasting models and machine learning applications in inventory planning.
