We’re looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer – Integration to help bring Lila’s intelligent robotic platforms to life. You’ll play a key role in integrating mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software systems to ensure our robots perform reliably and safely in the real world.

🛠️ What You'll Be Building

• Support integration across hardware/software subsystems
• Lead robot bring-up and system-level testing
• Build and maintain tools for calibration and diagnostics
• Debug and resolve cross-domain robotic issues
• Collaborate across perception, planning, and embedded teams
• Define and verify hardware/software interfaces
• Contribute to test plans, regression testing, and documentation

🧰 What You’ll Need to Succeed

• B.S. or M.S. in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience integrating robotic systems
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
• Experience debugging hardware/software interfaces
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and middleware
• Hands-on experience with testing and validation
• Strong collaboration skills across technical teams

✨ Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with embedded firmware and test automation
• Experience with mobile platforms, arms, or HRI systems
