The Payments team at Tiket.com is responsible for delivering a seamless, secure, and efficient transaction experience for millions of travelers. We work closely with banks, fintech providers, payment gateways, and internal teams to ensure a high payment success rate while minimizing friction and fraud.

Our mission is to continuously optimize and innovate payment solutions by integrating new payment methods, improving transaction routing, enhancing fraud detection, and streamlining checkout flows. With a strong data-driven approach, we analyze conversion rates (CVR), transaction success rates, and user payment behavior to refine our strategies and improve financial performance.

As part of the Payments team, you will be at the forefront of digital payment transformation, working on scalable, high-impact solutions such as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), digital wallets, instant refunds, cross-border payments, and AI-powered fraud prevention. Your work will directly impact user experience, business growth, and revenue, making travel bookings faster, safer, and more accessible for all.

By joining the Payments team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of financial transactions in travel, driving innovation while enhancing security and efficiency.

Your main duties in flying with us:

Define and execute the long-term payment strategy, ensuring Tiket.com delivers seamless, secure, and high-converting payment experiences.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities to improve transaction success rates, reduce friction, and enhance fraud prevention.

Utilize data insights and market research to anticipate industry trends and develop cutting-edge payment innovations.

Drive the expansion of new payment methods, including digital wallets, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), instant refunds, and cross-border payments.

Lead high-impact initiatives to optimize checkout flows, payment retries, and dynamic routing strategies for increased CVR (Conversion Rate).

Establish strong relationships with banks, fintech providers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring Tiket.com stays ahead in the evolving payment landscape.

Partner with engineering, risk, and finance teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant payment solutions.

Own fraud detection and risk mitigation strategies, leveraging machine learning models and AI-driven insights.

Champion data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to maximize transaction success rates and revenue impact.

Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, problem-solving, and innovation.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.

A self-starter mentality, capable of independently identifying pain points, generating insights, and driving execution.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for tackling complex challenges.

Deep understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, fraud prevention, and compliance.

Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and product experimentation to optimize payment performance.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across banks, payment providers, and internal teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and align teams.

Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
