THE ROLE:

As part of the Quality & Reliability organization, we manage Returns Debug and RMA execution while providing crucial support functions customized for Data Center Graphics (DCG). Our primary objective is to elevate the quality of products utilized in data centers, enterprise servers, and Artificial Intelligence clusters. This commitment ensures swift identification and resolution of customer quality issues, initiating appropriate actions through comprehensive failure analysis to improve product quality continually.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform analysis & report writing on customer returns electrical FA, include analysis on ATE and SLT, duplicate customer reported failure on Platform level and perform board level debug.
• Customer returns debug covering pre-MP, MP, field return including Excursion/Critical issue, also cover debug on DPPM (VF/NFF) improvement.
• Collaborate with Device Analysis, Product Engineering functions on fault isolation and root cause analysis which include in-depth package/die level analysis, test coverage analysis and improvement.
• Collaborate with Program manager which align with PLQ/Customer Interfacing team on analysis report writing for customer communication.
• Local product ownership roles that include but not limited to understanding, tracking and releases of ATE/SLT/OSV which covers RMA/OSV program, test program contents, and Go-To person on owned product technical queries.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong in Silicon debug or Failure Analysis knowledge.
• Candidate should be analytical and detail oriented, strongly interested in debugging complex system, self-starter, and fast learner
• System Level Test and/or x86 architecture knowledge is much preferred
• Experience working with power management features such as AVFS, P-states, etc.
• Java, Python, Perl coding or Linux Shell scripting skills
• Window and Linux proficiency.
• Experience in Large Language models is a plus.
• Experience in AI or Machine Learning project or task is a plus. 
• Knowledge or experience in PCB board or Customer Reference Board platform (schematics, layout, hardware configuration/setup, platform validation) is a plus
• Knowledge in industry standards like PCIE, USB, or high bandwidth memory is a strong plus
• JTAG knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge in ATE test class/method experience with Advantest 93k platform is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SCAN or BIST test is a plus. 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Computer Engineering with preferred > 5 relevant years of experience
