At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

About the Role

  • Lead a cross-functional group, while acting as a Subject matter expert on HiredScore products implementation and processes

  • Oversee all aspects of team building, including hiring, training, mentorship, and professional development

  • Coach and mentor team members to optimize performance, facilitate career growth, and support personal development

  • Provide comprehensive team guidance encompassing daily operations, client interactions, and on-demand client calls, serving as the primary escalation point for all issues

  • Drive application development scrum teams to deliver customers features and innovations

  • Understand clients' needs, and current workflows and design HiredScore implementation plan to address those needs, and offer creative solutions to implementations

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition of accounts from sales to launch, training, post-launch, and adoption

  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional team members to prioritize, plan and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers

  • Personify and promote the Workday values of Employees, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, Fun, and Profitability

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • +3 years experience as a Senior Leader managing managers of Technical Project Management/ Implementation Management/ Professional Services/Engineering teams

  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management capacity

  • Experience leading SW Development teams

  • Experience working in a SAAS company selling to enterprise clients in a global environment

  • Strong Hands-on Experience in implementing SAAS products / Professional services in a Software Delivery environment including configurations, system integrations, etc.

  • Great teammate with the ability to self-manage and complete projects from scratch

  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity

  • The ability to interact professionally with diverse team members - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts

  • Experience in a high-growth company.

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues and address escalations

  • Process-focused, with strong problem-solving ability - always looking for better ways to achieve a goal

  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure

  • Affinity for technology and deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle

Other Qualifications:

  • A good understanding of current IT standards, applications, User Acceptance Testing, and trends - preferred

  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Familiarity with ticket and knowledge management tools such as JIRA & Confluence

  • Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
