About the Role
As a Sr. Frontend Engineer at .Monks Technology Services, you’ll create dynamic, high-performing user interfaces that support our AI, marketing services, and digital transformation channels. You’ll turn complex requirements into intuitive designs, leveraging your React and JS expertise to deliver seamless web experiences for global clients. By championing continuous improvement and a positive, team-based culture, you’ll ensure consistent code quality, enhance visual details, and keep us at the cutting edge of frontend technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, responsive interfaces using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React frameworks.
- Employ best practices (linting, unit testing, GitFlow) to maintain code quality.
- Optimize performance through Webpack or similar build tools.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine designs and ensure visual fidelity.
- Identify and resolve frontend issues, improving user experiences.
- Champion accessibility and mobile-first design principles
About You
- 5+ years in software development with at least JavaScript Frameworks like, React, Vue, Angular o
- Mastery of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and build tools (Webpack)
- Strong attention to detail and visual design
- B2+ English for international collaboration
- Effective communicator and team player
- Strong English skills (B2 or above).
Not a must, but a plus:
- Proven experience working with streaming applications, including video-on-demand platforms, live streaming technologies, or real-time content delivery systems. Familiarity with performance optimization, media playback, and streaming protocols
