As an Engineering Manager of Build and Release on the Hivemind team at Shield AI, you will play a pivotal role in leading the build, release, and distribution of our cutting-edge autonomy SDK. This SDK serves as a core foundation for AI-powered autonomy solutions deployed across specialized platforms. Your work will ensure our developers have a streamlined, reliable, and efficient development process, enhancing developer velocity and deployment confidence. Working closely with autonomy engineers, you’ll focus on optimizing our build systems, managing complex dependencies, and refining release processes to meet the unique demands of autonomy development.

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
