What you’ll achieve
We are seeking a Senior Systems Development Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven frameworks for Compute Systems Engineering (Servers - Rack, Tower & Edge Servers | Dell India). This role focuses on leveraging Agentic AI frameworks to build intelligent, autonomous solutions that enhance quality and efficiency across our systems.

You will:

• Analyze validation requirements for Dell PowerEdge and AI servers, focusing on hardware and firmware integration validation.

• Design and implement intelligent test automation using AI and agentic tools to accelerate validation cycles.

• Execute hands-on testing on x86 / ARM based systems, configure systems, identify and report defects, and deliver detailed diagnostics.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance test coverage and improve product quality.

• Utilize AI to extract insights from design specs and documentation, driving proactive validation and better customer outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in in Servers / Storage Solutions and proven expertise in AI/Agentic framework

• Strong programming expertise in Python (preferred) or similar languages.

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, including:

  • LangChain

  • AutoGen

  • Haystack

  • LlamaIndex

  • CrewAI

  • OpenAI Function Calling

• Experience with AI/ML model deployment and monitoring, deep understanding of LLM-based automation, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API integration, and workflow automation.

Desirable Requirements

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of server hardware architecture, firmware components, and validation methodologies.
