Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key leadership role in translating complex business needs into technical solutions. Leveraging your extensive analytical expertise, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and mentor junior team members. Your strategic insight will drive project success, especially in Salesforce implementations, and you will foster continuous process improvements. This position offers a platform to demonstrate thought leadership and influence key business initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Analyze business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Oversee and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions align with business goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and project team members.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders’ executive review.
- Manage and maintain detailed project documentation, tracking progress and ensuring traceability.
- Contribute to project planning, risk management, and best practice development.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated success in complex projects.
- Deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology integration.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant analysis tools.
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Salesforce certifications preferred.
