As our team continues to expand its Global Enterprise Analytics capabilities, we are looking for a Data Engineer with a strong analytical background to help us scale. This is a hybrid role, combining data engineering expertise with analytics and data science responsibilities.
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, from developing and maintaining robust data pipelines to creating data-driven models. You'll also play a key role in supporting junior team members with a variety of tasks, including developing measurement frameworks, building dashboards, and performing audience segmentation. This role involves both internal and external responsibilities, working with clients, partners, and our internal growth teams.
What we're looking for:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent work experience is also accepted.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:
-
Strong programming skills in Python and R.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database types (SQL and NoSQL).

Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Google BigQuery, Funnel.io, or Tableau Prep.

Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with DataOps and agile methodologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Engineering: Build, implement, and maintain complex data pipelines and systems to process large volumes of data.

Data Modeling and Analysis: Design and develop predictive models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify data sources, and ensure data quality and integrity.

Solutions Architecture: Architect scalable, reliable, and secure data solutions that meet business needs.

Data Governance: Help design and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.

Mentorship: Support and mentor junior analysts, helping them develop skills in measurement frameworks, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
