The Research Scientist will play a crucial role in advancing our Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in NLP and AI, with experience in linguistics and prompt engineering.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Research Project Management: Lead and manage research projects focusing on NLP and AI services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Prompt Engineering:Evaluate and test models with prompt engineering techniques

Data Analysis: Design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to advance our understanding and capabilities in NLP and AI.

Innovation: Identify new research opportunities and innovative solutions to complex problems in the field of NLP and AI.

Literature Review: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI by conducting thorough literature reviews and identifying trends and future directions for research.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and regulatory bodies, to support and drive research initiatives.

Documentation: Oversee the creation of research documentation, including case studies, best practices, project specifications, workflow instructions, and training content.

Communication: Prepare and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, present at conferences, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Ethical Compliance: Ensure that all research activities adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
