About The Role

As the Renewals Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Scale Customer Experience team to drive and lead the renewal process, and preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships.

This fully remote role reports to the Director of Customer Experience and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Effectively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure timely commitments.

  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 180-day forecast of renewals.

  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align with customer goals.

  • Discover and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.

  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies, escalating wherever appropriate.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.

  • Set customers up for future success by curating use-case recommendations and educating customers on relevant new features and opportunities to grow with Jasper.

What you will bring to Jasper

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience (e.g., Renewals, Sales, Account Management), preferably in a SaaS organization.

  • Ability to uncover issues, remove roadblocks, and champion our clients.

  • Data focus to support forecasting and reporting.

  • Ability to help identify and implement best-practice processes and procedures around renewals.

  • Understanding revenue recognition policies and negotiating License and SaaS agreements with a mindset of achieving mutually positive outcomes.

  • Capable of managing a large book of business of varying sizes.

  • Shown discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Experience handling a pipeline and closing large contracts.

  • Ability to connect the dots organizationally and influence partners from various roles, levels, and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.

  • Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mentality.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic teammate.

  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships.

  • Outstanding time and process management skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $100,000 - $117,500. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
