We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional hiring experience as we scale our team.
Contract Details:
Rate: $40 - $43 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hybrid work schedule: In-office M/T/W/F
Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics
- Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey
- Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Constantly think about ways to drive improvements in processes
- Track and report on weekly data
- Assist with broader recruiting tasks as needed
