Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and dependable Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our company's success by helping us to recruit the best talent. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience

• Arrange travel accommodations and logistics for out-of-town candidates as necessary

• Ensure our applicant tracking system (ATS) is always up-to-date and can be used as a single source of truth for the recruiting pipeline

• Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and other recruitment channels

• Assist in organizing other recruitment-related events and activities

• Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline recruitment processes and procedures

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bias to action, ready to jump in and get stuff done!

• Builder's mindset - excited to build something great together

• Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar role

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Sourcing or recruiting operations experience is not required but a plus
