The role of the Project Manager Coordinator is to support PMs on the execution of Pro-jects to achieve successful completion meeting or exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders. Will be the valued and trusted partner of the end customer, with a primary focus to achieve on time on budget delivery, reducing project risks, without incidents/accidents and proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.

This position reports into Fluence Project Manager and requires an autonomous and pragmatic individual who has experience working in a matrixed and virtual environment, working with multiple stakeholders, working on multiple projects/tasks at one time, and working as part of a global team.

As the PM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

Support Project Manager for the delivery phase of battery energy storage pro-jects, from contract execution through to successful handover to operations, working in close collaboration with relevant functional groups.

Support in different stages of the project and coordinate with Fluence organization including interfacing with internal engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning and business administration groups.

Coordinate at site or remote works considering internal and external functional contributors, contractors and partners.

Proactively work with customers, suppliers, partners, sales and senior management as necessary to ensure full life cycle project deliverables are met.

Participate in business improvement projects including documenting and communicating initial project plans and any changes to the plan to battery storage team.

Support the necessary works to achieve the minimum financial performance tar-gets for project delivery and proactively implement plans to exceed targets and maintaining and enhancing customer and project team satisfaction.

Transfer the project after completion to the Fluence Service organization.

What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

Project Management accredited qualification or Engineering degree with 2 to 5 year’s experience in energy sector.

Proficient in MS Office applications including, MS Project, Excel, Word, Power-Point and other basic computer skills.

Excellent Proficient verbal and written communication skills.(Spanish & English)

Good interpersonal skills and team-spirited attitude
