The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own the way we position and communicate about Nadia—Valence’s AI-powered leadership coach—across every part of the enterprise buyer and user journey.

This role is both strategic and executional: you’ll shape our product marketing foundation from scratch, crafting narratives that resonate with enterprise HR and talent leaders, while ensuring consistency across sales, marketing, product, and client communications. You’ll be at the center of our feedback loop—distilling what we hear from customers, prospects, and the market, and translating it into messaging that drives clarity, excitement, and conversion.

You’ll collaborate very closely with the founder, cross-functional leadership, and go-to-market teams to refine how we talk about our product, and ensure our story is always as compelling as the reality of Nadia’s impact. What You'll Do

Operational rigour and excellence: Contribute to challenges of strategic importance across the GTM function.

High velocity execution: Bring clarity to evolving environments by creating and implementing project plans that identify gaps and solutions, aiding cross-functional coordination and communication.

Decision making tools: Develop models and plans to identify key inputs and drive cross functional decision-making alongside the team.

Growth initiatives: Quickly establish a foot hold, create playbooks, and find strategies to ensure we can rapidly scale the team.

Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps globally: identify and remove blockers, enable more efficient work, provide exceptional client service as we move through our sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of professional experience in consulting and/or fast-paced B2B startup.

Ability to diagnose a variety of problems, break them down, and solution in an impactful way.

High velocity execution skills to keep many work streams on track; natural attention to the small detail.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adjust styles to the internal and external audiences.

Comfort with data manipulation and visualization to communication key insights in a value-added way.

Proven ability to collaborate with busy leaders at all levels, including the C-Suite, to drive initiatives forward.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.

Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment and continuously learn through high-quality feedback and new work streams.

Location and Work Environment

This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office in Central London. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (US), and have valid travel documents to visit European countries as well as the US and Canada as needed.
