Product Marketing Manager - Index Products
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position our index products effectively in the market.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Partner closely with Product Management/Development and Sales team to fully understand products and intended target audiences
- Collaborate on content development for marketing collateral, including brochures, digital experiences, whitepapers, and presentations.
- Participate in conversations with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our products meet their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and leadership, providing them with insights and updates on our index products.
- Work with co-marketers to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Partner with growth marketers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in product marketing within financial services. Experience with an index provider or securities exchange a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

The base pay range for this role is $101,200 - $168,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
