Job Description
As an ML Product Manager at Rise.ai, you'll lead the development of innovative, data-driven products that harness AI to drive smarter eCommerce and payment solutions. This role is for a hands-on, business-oriented professional who thrives on uncovering and executing new product opportunities, especially at the intersection of AI and commerce. If you're ready to move fast, take ownership, and make a real impact, this is your next move. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Lead the development of a data-driven product layer that leverages user behavior and other signals to power smarter business decisions
- Build features that deliver intelligent store credit recommendations personalized by context, action, and customer profile
- Partner with engineering and data teams to structure the right datasets and surface meaningful insights
- Collaborate with GTM and support teams to turn insights into measurable business impact
- Talk to merchants to understand real business needs - not just feature requests
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience in ML, data products, payments, or eCommerce
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset - comfortable shaping vision while diving into product definition, QA, delivery details, and everything in between
- Strong business acumen - focused on outcomes, impact, and driving measurable value
- Operates with high agency, clarity, and accountability - even under pressure and constraints
- Creative problem solver and sharp communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Experience with recommender systems or smart automation in commerce or fintech contexts - an advantage
