Product Manager - Platform Team (India)

Opportunity Summary:

Ema is building the next generation AI technology to empower every employee in the enterprise to be their most creative and productive. Our proprietary tech allows enterprises to delegate most repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI employee. We are founded by ex-Google, Coinbase, Okta executives, and serial entrepreneurs. We’re well-funded by the top investors and angels in the world. Ema is based in Silicon Valley with offices in Bangalore. This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from the office three days a week.

Role Overview

As a Platform Product Manager at Ema Unlimited, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our core infrastructure and platform capabilities. You'll work closely with engineering, GTM, and partner teams to ensure the Ema platform is reliable, scalable, and always ahead of product needs. This role is ideal for a technically fluent product leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Platform Vision & Roadmap

  • Define and evolve the long-term vision for Ema’s infrastructure platform.

  • Maintain a roadmap that balances innovation with scalability and security.

• Execution & Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact platform features.

  • Set aggressive goals and track performance through clear metrics.

  • Balance partner/customer needs with engineering feasibility.

• Partner & Product Enablement

  • Anticipate and resolve onboarding and operational challenges for internal and external partners.

  • Build infrastructure to empower partners and teams to operate seamlessly on Ema’s platform.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, GTM, and partner-facing teams to ensure platform success.

  • Provide product education and resources to internal stakeholders.

• Product Success & Growth

  • Track adoption and usage metrics to identify growth opportunities.

  • Constantly improve based on data insights and partner feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced B2B, SaaS, or enterprise tech environments.

  • Proven background managing backend or infrastructure platforms at scale.

• Technical Background

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field; must be able to navigate deep technical discussions.

  • Strong grasp of agentic and generative AI technologies is a plus.

• Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, execution rigor, and partner empathy.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate tech for non-technical audiences.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with analytical depth.
