We are seeking an innovative, customer-centric, data-driven individual to work on our Varo Lending Product team. You will be responsible for delivering key initiatives for all of our Varo lending products (Advance, Line of Credit, and Believe) that drive customer and business impact. You will be responsible for working closely with a cross-functional team including design, engineering, business, legal, and compliance.

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Per applicable law, the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.

What you’ll be doing

Execute the product roadmap for Varo lending products

Use data and customer insights to deliver optimizations, improvements, and drive increased engagement

Collaborate effectively with other groups to create solutions, including data science, design, user experience research, risk, operations, and marketing

Work closely with an agile team that involves design, PMM, and developers to successfully execute and implement product features

Responsible for leading an agile team. Writing stories, defining the backlog, and delivering high-quality solutions
