Product Manager ETF/ETP

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our ETP/ETF Product team in Stockholm. This role is a unique blend of product ownership, business strategy, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong focus on ETF/ETP and crypto-related instruments.

What will you be doing?

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the roadmap for ETPs, including ETFs, warrants, certificates, and crypto instruments. Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and trading teams. Ensure successful product positioning and client adoption.
  • Market & Business Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends, pricing models, trading volumes, and regulatory developments to inform product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperate between internal teams—sales, trading desks, compliance, and technology—to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Have several years of experience in financial services, preferably in product management, trading, or financial technology. Experience with ETPs, ETFs, and crypto markets is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to zoom in and out between technical detail and high-level vision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • An ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Used to evaluating financial data and market structures.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, process-heavy environments and is passionate about financial innovation.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Stockholm. Nasdaq offers you a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week.
