About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for ChatGPT to bring cutting-edge AI to the world and make it broadly accessible. This role requires close collaboration with research, engineering, data science, and design teams.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA. We utilize a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute against a strategy to enhance and grow our ChatGPT products, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.

• Use data to better understand user needs, optimize the product experience, and guide future product development.

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in research, data science, product design, and engineering.

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Have 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.

• Have a track record of leading high-performing growth teams or scaling subscriptions businesses from early traction to widespread adoption.

• Are highly analytical and scrappy.

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills.

• Obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
