We're seeking a Principal HR Specialist to architect our global workforce strategy during this pivotal time in AI development. You'll be at the forefront of solving unique workforce challenges in one of tech's most transformative fields. Your work will directly impact how we build and scale teams teaching next-generation AI models.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement innovative workforce solutions that enable teaching of increasingly complex AI models
• Drive strategic HR initiatives across talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning
• Demonstrate ability to think big yet be nimble enough to continuously evolve the people strategy for the organization in line with the fast changing business realities.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to anticipate and address future workforce needs
• Be a partner at the table with the business leaders, leverage data and sound judgement to influence decisions and infuse new ways of thinking.
• Provide insight and direction on evolving the right long term organization design.
• Be flexible in terms of working with business and HR partners across multiple locations, drive healthy debate and consensus on key priorities.
• Manage change at scale.
