How You’ll Find Success
- Strategic Influence & Vision: Own creating customer-centered strategic vision for how our AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions can transform their business
- Technical Translation: Possess deep technical credibility to liaise directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Full-Stack Data Science Acumen: Maintain strong command over the theory and practice of data science, including predictive modeling, explanatory statistics, and advanced statistical modeling.
- LeadershipStrategic Deal Support: Provide critical support for key 7-figure strategic deals, engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and Engineering leadership.
- Voice of the Customer: Implement a disciplined process for listening to customer feedback and expectations regarding AI solutions, synthesizing pain points.
- GTM Alignment: Collaborate with GTM Revenue Operations to ensure that the AI strategy aligns with territory planning, customer health metrics, and overall customer journey analytics.

- Executive Exposure: Grow your ability to influence and manage relationships with external executives and senior internal stakeholders across the entire organization.
- Product Impact: Directly shape the product roadmap, seeing your vision transform into scalable, shipped features that drive client success and revenue growth.
Things You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and champion new SKUs and service offerings that leverage emerging data science methodologies.
- Convert qualitative customer insights and market expectations into clear, scalable business requirements and functional specifications for AI-driven features.
- Actively contribute to the team's data science craft and code libraries.
- Serve as the technical thought leader and partner for strategic engagements and c-suite opportunities, demonstrating the value and technical defensibility of Qualtrics’ AI and data science platforms.
- Translate customer opportunities and pain points into actionable and clear product requirements.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Education: Graduate degree in a technical field (Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.).
- Experience: Experience using advanced analytics capabilities, including familiarity with: ML algorithms, generative AI, LLMs, deep learning, causal inference, experimentation frameworks, optimization methods, and economics/econometric modeling
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on coding experience in Python and R; strong experience with SQL, data transformation, and visual reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex AI capabilities into simple business value.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
