Job Overview

Contextual AI is hiring a Sr. Partner Architect to be part of the founding GTM partnerships team. The partnership team is responsible for developing and managing relationships and technical integrations with CSPs, ISVs, and GSIs to drive sales and expand Contextual AI’s reach. As a Partner Architect, you are a subject matter expert on AI industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape. Additionally, you are a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert on our partners infrastructure and software. You must lead technical discussions with engineers and product leaders and clearly articulate the value of Contextual AI to business executives.

You’ll accomplish this by working closely with partners and customers to identify use cases, scope technical requirements, design integrations, and help drive the adoption of Contextual AI through our partner ecosystem.

You will work directly with partners to design and build high performance integrations customized to the strengths of each partner's platform. Additionally, you are an excellent presenter and will create guides to showcase partner integrations on customer calls, webinars, tradeshows and events. 

What you’ll do:

• You will own the technical aspects of our partner integrations, highlighting our platform capabilities, and represent our partner integrations to customers, ensuring their success.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners, building relationships with technical stakeholders.
• You will distill feedback from partners and customers to help improve Contextual AI’s platform by working directly with internal and partner product and engineering teams.
• You will provide training and support to our GSI, RSI, and SI partners, collaborating on enablement materials and GTM activities. 
• Act as the “Voice of the Partner” - Regularly engaging them on status calls, educating on product roadmap, and managing escalations, while influencing our roadmap to reflect partner priorities.
• Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with partners, customers and our sales team to deliver winning solutions.

What we’re seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Experience working in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, infrastructure, or similar industries in a technical capacity with an emphasis on multi-party integrations.
• Proficiency in data infrastructure and modern machine learning tools (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, transformers).
• Proficiency with coding languages Python, Java, C++, or similar languages at a production level.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support in customer calls & interactions, addressing product usage needs, and resolving issues
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to demonstrate professional polish and a high level of technical credibility when speaking with both executives and engineers
• Self-starter and ability to operate independently and at high-velocity
• Clear customer empathy and intellectual curiosity

Location: Mountain View, CA or REMOTE

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $130,000 - $250,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
