As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will lead marketing operations, working closely with the team to ensure campaigns are executed promptly. From coordinating creative assets to creating and QAing marketing deliverables; you’ll get to exercise your project management skills. You’ll get to work in generative AI and gaming and learn from marketing veterans from Big Tech, B2B, and developer organizations. This position offers both synchronous and asynchronous work opportunities, providing flexibility.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage overall marketing operations, coordinating with the marketing team to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update content on our website and other social media.
- Support the growth marketing team in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Coordinate, create, proofread, and QA marketing assets, working across the website, email, YouTube, printed collateral, etc.
What we're looking for
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail.
- Previous experience with Hubspot and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Available for a part-time commitment of minimum 10 hours per week, with half of those hours designated for synchronous work.
In-office location: Mountain View, CA, United States.
Remote location: United States.
The US pay rate for this part time, contract position is $25-$35 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs. The pay rate is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
