THE ROLE: 

The focus of this role is to plan, build, and execute PKG design rule / structure development and verification for low-cost design solution and future product use.   The candidate requires a strong assembly process knowledge, good communication skill with vendor, and electrical know-how.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Work with internal SIPI team and external vendors to drive new or aggressive design rule for product implementation.
• New PKG structure design development and verification.
• MTV/ETV verifications based on electrical performance improvement / low-cost PKG solution / reliability improvement purpose.   
• Substrate impedance control methodology development.
• eDTC/IPD design development and verification.   

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Material engineering/Electrical Engineering
