What we are looking for 

We're looking for an organized and experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the seamless functioning of our office operations, ensuring a comfortable work environment, and facilitating various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall office operations, including facilities maintenance and repairs, to ensure a comfortable work environment

• Build PCs and other basic hardware

• Manage office supply inventory and order supplies as necessary

• Organize company events such as offsites, dinners, and parties

• Handle domestic and international travel logistics (flights,  accommodations, etc.)

• Conduct purchases and liaise with vendors for office or company needs

• Other administrative and logistical tasks as requested

About you

• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Ability to work in-person in Austin 5 days a week

• A bachelor's degree is preferred

• 2+ years experience working in an operational role is preferred

• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail

• Ability to handle high volumes of activity, requests, and communication in a timely manner

• Basic ability to build hardware/PCs

• Experience working in a fast-paced/startup environment is a plus
