AMD together we advance_ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Help Customers to resolve Hardware / Firmware relate problem and narrow down software issue. Help resolve / narrow down silicon level issues. On-site support customer to resolve issues. Generate policies and procedures to enhance the capabilities of the group. Be external voice of AMD to outside customers. Provide system / silicon-level engineering support to OEM customers for both AMD CPU and Chipset. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Notebook or Desktop PC motherboard design/ BIOS or debug experience. Experience on porting BIOS a plus. Be familiar with Windbg and assembly code. Using experience of either PCI-E, USB, DDR or familiar with protocol is a plus. Good English written and verbal communication skills, including to customers is a plus. Ability to work in a team environment. Tracking issue status and communicating with customer.
